Leadership and Management
CGW is an organization whose structure consists of the Board and the Secretariat. The Board provides the overall policy direction, decision-making and offers advice to the Secretariat through the Chief Executive Officer. In this project, the CGW Board will monitor the work of the secretariat and Project Implementation Team to provide implementation and finance oversight in accordance with the CGW Constitution. The Secretariat is responsible for program management and administration to strengthen and support implementation of activities based on project objectives.

Programs
Edna K. Miriti
Provide leadership in the development of strategic leadership to achieve the aspirations of County Governance Watch through Programme Development, effective coordination, consolidation, technical support and guidance by ensuring a cohesive team spirit and motivation to perform. She manages and ensures resource mobilization, prioritization and allocation, work plan coherence to deliver the County Governance Watch Strategy.
Finance
Chrispine Ouko
Ensures that all transactions are properly accounted for and the financial systems are maintained, under all procedures and controls. He manages bank accounts, cheques, authorizes payrolls and other payments. He assists and guides the board and secretariat by providing relevant financial information during budgeting, accounts to donors and other decision-making activities.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Agnes Oloo
It ensures the implementation and effective operation of a suitable monitoring and assessment (M&E) framework. Ensure that the information submitted by the recipient board, the secretariat and donors is appropriate and timely in user-friendly form. Contribute to the creation of relevant indicators at the project start. She develops and coordinates processes of monitoring, including data collection, analysis and evaluation.
Communications & AdminISTRATIVE Assistant
Florence Wairimu
Assist in general administration of the County Governance Watch including finance administration and arranging key meetings and activities. She also Play’s a key role in organising content for CGW website, newsletter and other communication channels such as social media. Helps with creation of publications. Assist with various secretarial tasks
Executive Director
Kevin Osido
Kevin Osido is an accomplished Governance Specialist who serves as the Executive Director of County Governance Watch (CGW), an NGO whose purpose is to provide solutions for socio-economic and political development in the counties of Kenya by educating and building the capacity of citizens and County Government officers; by offering platforms for engagement in strengthening the county governance systems and making the voices of the people count in the management of their resources and decision making processes of their affairs; while working with communities to provide solutions to the question of Constitutionalism, good governance, leadership and democracy.
Beyond his passion in peace and security; he is keen in driving service delivery through public participation spaces in the Counties. A Master of Science in Governance degree holder, Kevin has vast experience in working with Kenya National and County Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies, development partners and local community networks. He is a Governance Trainer who has generated knowledge in governance, leadership and social development in Kenya, East Africa and the Great Lakes Region, where he also serves as the National Chairman of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) Civil Society Forum of the Kenya Chapter and the Conference’s Regional Chairman representing 12 countries in the Democracy and Good Governance Thematic area.
